If you exemplify our values and want to be part of something big, contact us today.DescriptionThe Corp Dev Integration Analyst will partner with Apple's Corporate Development team to deliver the successful integration of acquired companies globally. For each acquisition, this person will contribute to multiple integration work streams, build integration plans, review data, identify issues and drive decisions while coordinating with experts throughout Apple.Responsibilities:Conduct due diligence and decision making as a member of the core deal team to support integration planningParticipate in the end-to-end integration process from performing due diligence, creating an integration plan and organizing Day OneTrack and document post-close integration activities until final completionEstablish integration approach for smaller acquisitions and assist on larger, more complex transactionsIdentify roles and responsibilities for cross-functional integration team membersCoordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, HR, Legal, IT, Real Estate, Operations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Finance, and Tax to define and execute the integration planActively recognize integration risks, and solve cross-functional issuesAct as central point of contact for integration information for our partners across ApplePreferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate has:Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with persistent attention to detail and comfort operating under a high degree of ambiguityConfidence leading meetings, facilitating decisions, and documenting and responding to inquiries with speed and accuracyAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse business partnersHighly collaborative mindset with strong emotional intelligence and business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise summaries for a range of audiencesStrong relationship-building skills at all levels, with a track record of influencing and driving alignment without direct authorityProactive and highly organized work style, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive resolutionMinimum QualificationsA minimum of 3-5 years experience in post-merger integration or 4-6 years experience in project management, preferred.Engage in up to 25% domestic and international travel as dictated by project needsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel, alongside a familiarity with Keynote and PagesInquisitive mindset with a proven ability to get up to speed on technical subjects quicklyThe ideal candidate has:Ability to think both strategically and tactically, with persistent attention to detail and comfort operating under a high degree of ambiguityConfidence leading meetings, facilitating decisions, and documenting and responding to inquiries with speed and accuracyAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse business partnersHighly collaborative mindset with strong emotional intelligence and business acumenExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise summaries for a range of audiencesStrong relationship-building skills at all levels, with a track record of influencing and driving alignment without direct authorityProactive and highly organized work style, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive resolutionAbility to quickly synthesize information into clear, compelling presentationsPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
